AIR SUP TECHNOLOGY
We use some reinforced dropstich in our inflatable construction due to their strength and flexibility. Drop stitch is a material that uses millions of flexible nylon to join the deck and underside of the board, they are very strong. When the board is inflated, these nylon threads are pulled taught and the board becomes rigid (as stiff as a carbon or fibreglass hardboard). When the board is deflated, the dropstich collapses to be flat, allowing the board to be rolled up like a beach towel and be packed easily.
CORE LAYER FUSED-ON DROPSTICH
The core layer material of our inflatable boards is made out of fused-on dropstich, which is attached to the reinforced dropstich with an ultralight fusion composite.
RAIL CORE HEAT SEALED (LAYER 1 & 2)
To ensure the strength and durability of our AIR SUP boards, we decided to protect the edges of the boards, being usually the most vulnerable part of the inflatable board. These two layers of heat sealed materials on the rails to prevent any damages and reinforce the side panels of the board.
AIR SUP DECK PAD
We use a built-in design EVA deck pad with diamond cut finish providing and awesome grip. Our deck pads are sealed with high pressure to the core layer of the boards. These modern deck pad designs are making our inflatable board look fantastic.
PREMIUM QUALITY INFLATION VALVE
This premium high-pressure valve allows you to get the most out of your inflatable SUP. If your preferred method is using a compressor, no sweat, you can use it with the supplied adaptor to inflate your gear to the optimal pressure. Your board will perform best when inflated to the recommended pressure.
D-RINGS (LOADING STRAPS FOR ELASTIC)
Securely hold additional cargo in place with the elastic paddle board net bungee system. The custom made NET BUNGEE SYSTEM can be installed directly on the nose of your board via the supplied four D-RINGS. This SUP storage system allows paddlers to carry additional gear or supplies needed on long day trips.
