REFUND POLICY
Please take careful consideration when purchasing SUP boards and other items from 425pro as we do not refund or exchange due to change of heart. We understand every circumstance is different; that is why we are happy for you to contact our customer service team to discuss your individual situation.425pro will happily exchange your surfboard/s if you do not receive what you ordered (ie; you ordered a 14' x 24" and you receive a 14' x 25") and adhere to the below terms:
a) within 30 days from invoice date,
b) return the board with proof of purchase (ie. copy of the invoice / return form, enclosed when you received the goods or via email originally)
c) with the SUP board in the same condition as when you received it.
d) board sent back in the wrapping and box it was sent to you in, with any fins enclosed.
SUP boards may be difficult to ship, so please contact us for help: ceo@425pro.com
EXCHANGES
425pro will happily exchange your boards and accessories if you do not receive what you ordered (ie; you ordered a 12'6 and you receive a 14') and adhere to the below terms:
a) within 30 days from invoice date,
b) return the board with proof of purchase (ie. copy of the invoice / return form, enclosed when you received the goods or via email originally)
c) with the SUP board in the same condition as wen you received it.
d) board sent back in the wrapping and box it was sent to you in, with any fins enclosed.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The customer hereby agrees that the law of the Republic of Latvia shall be applicable to this Refund Policy. SIA 425PRO and the customer will use reasonable endeavors to settle in an amicable way any dispute in connection
with the interpretation or execution of this refund policy.
